Book #5 was published in 2004 by Spencer & Stephens.  Otterbein Cemetery is located in Butler Township.  The book has  over 300 pages including an index. Over 1000 pictures of stones along with various pictures from Maryland, Indiana and Ohio validating these families' early origins. Approximately 150 pages of family histories pertaining to COMMONS, COBLENTZ, CLAPP, FLATTER, FOUTS, FOWBLE, GEETING, GOOD, HETZLER, HOFF, HOLSAPPLE, HORINE, MANN, MURRAY, PEARCE, PENCE, RICHARDS, SLIFER, SPENCER, STEPHENS, STOCKSDALE, and UNGER including connecting family lineages as well as many individual family pictures and misc. documentation.
