Notice to heirs, relatives and next of kin
of the persons interred in the Kleinschmidt/Engelken Mausoleum in
Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles, Ohio
To the families of the following:
- John Kleinschmidt (1903)
- Eliza Kleinschmidt (1911)
- Barthold Engelken (1891)
- Susannah Engelken (1915)
- Minnie Reed - Wife of R. J. Reed (1906)
- Eliza Apple (1922)
- W. Henry Apple (1914)
- Bertha Apple (1903)
- Anna Wise (1904
The Greenlawn Cemetery is a municipally
owned cemetery within which the above mausoleum was built in 1892, upon
Lots 146 & 147.
The mausoleum has deteriorated to such and
extent that the Cemetery Board has recommended to the Village Council
that said mausoleum be demolished and that all persons interred in said
mausoleum be re-interred in a manner the details of which may be obtained
from the Village Administrator.
Said family, heirs, relatives and next of
kin have 30 days, from last notice hereof to remove their family member
from the mausoleum and re-inter the remains at a location
elsewhere. Notice shall be once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
The date of the last notice shall be August 7, 2002.

Please be advised that if a body or bodies
are removed, all State of Ohio and local regulations will need to be
complied with. It is suggested that you contact a licensed funeral
director for removal information.
